In memory
If you have happy memories of times spent at Kew Gardens or Wakehurst, a commemorative gift could be a meaningful way to celebrate a life and remember a loved one.
-
Scattering ashes
A personal and discreet service can be provided for families wanting to scatter the ashes of a loved one. We suggest a donation of £500 for all ash scatterings.
-
Commemorative benches
Display a plaque with your personal dedication for a 10-year period. Bench sponsorship starts at £5,000.
-
Funeral collection
Funeral directors can arrange a collection, or you can send donations directly to us. For ease of collection, we can supply Kew-branded envelopes at your request.
-
Tribute funds
A tribute fund in memory of a loved one is a special way to honour and celebrate their life. We can help you create your own unique and lasting tribute website.
-
Sponsor a tree
In recognition of your sponsorship, you’ll receive a certificate and mounted photograph. We ask for a minimum donation of £5,000 to sponsor a tree.
-
Sponsor a botanical illustration
You’ll be invited to a tour of the collection and you’ll receive a certificate. A donation of £500 will allow us to conserve one of these pieces for future generations.
-
Sponsor a woodland
You’ll get a certificate and a mounted photograph. We ask for a donation of £1,000.
-
Save a species
We have species from all over the world available for sponsorship at £1,000 or £2,000. For every species saved, you will receive a beautiful image of your species and an invitation to a tour of the Millennium Seed Bank at Wakehurst.
-
Sponsor a book
You’ll be able to view the book and bookplate in our library. We ask for a donation of £250 to sponsor a book in Kew’s Library.
