  • Once we have confirmed your booking, we allow 1 working day to review the details of your booking and request a change without incurring any fees, after which point, you become liable for payment in full. If you would like to amend or cancel your booking you may incur fees (see our terms and conditions).
  • Please allow 3 working days for us to process bookings.

Please note that schools travelling by coach will be provided with a scheduled arrival and departure time. This is due to borough-wide changes to traffic management that are designed to minimise environmental impact.

Your information is accessible by Kew Schools team and other teams at Kew involved in Schools related processing. We will use your information to deal with queries, to obtain feedback and to provide you with information that may be relevant or of interest to you or your school/ organisation. This may include sending you newsletters outlining details of new educational initiatives being run at Kew and Wakehurst, information on Endeavour (Kew's interactive library of teaching resources) and opportunities to take part in competitions and CPD training. You can choose to unsubscribe at any time from these newsletters by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of an email from us.

Booking information will be retained for 7 years to comply with financial legal obligations and you will receive updates from us until you ask to be removed from the list.
